On WinXP the MIDI settings dialog now appears, but the settings are offset by one. My menu has 6 output devices: none Microsoft MIDI mapper Out-A USB MidiSport 2X2 Out-B USB MidiSport 2X2 MPU-401 Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth but if I select Out-A I get the Midi mapper, and Out-B goves me Out-A instead.
