[PD] compiling externals /w mingw; tutorial missing

Hello all,

I was about to try to use mingw to compile some externals on windows and I
was looking for a tutorial.. I found
http://puredata.org/docs/developer/mingw , but the page seems to be
missing.  Anyone know if it is available still, or can point to another one?
