[PD] canvas-scale by slider!?

There is an help file for the cnv but not for the canvas:

[donecanvasdialog $1 $2 $3 $4 $5 $6 $7 $8 $9 $10 $11(

$1 = X units per pixel
$2 = Y units per pixel
$3 = Graph on Parent
$4 = X range from
$5 = Y range from
$6 = X range to
$7 = Y range to
$8 = size width
$9 = size  height
$10 = margin X
$11 = margin Y

It's very easy to resize a canvas with a slider,
 but it's very slow if the resized canvas contains something else than data-structure scalars,
like sliders, cnv, toggles, bangs, numbers, ...
