[PD] OSC messages

dear all,
i'm a newbie to pd and would like to do some data - exchange over the net  
with osc - messages. i could figure out that there are objects like  
[dumpOSC], [sendOSC] and [OSCroute] but a right - click on them doesn't  
give me a help - message. is there any description on the net available? i  
would need a list of all possible OSC - objects and a description for them.
