You will get "empty pointer" errors for example, if you deleted a
scalar but still have a pending pointer delayed inside a [pipe p]
object, if this pointer is sent out of [pipe] and/or gets to a
[get]..., but indeed this doesn't crash Pd anymore. (It did in the
past.)
