[PD] tabbed PD window in fluxbox

OK, got it working. In short:

1) Don't use ~/fluxbox/groups file, it's outdated.

2) Add the following to your ~/.fluxbox/apps
	[group]
		[app] (class=Pd)
		[app] (class=Toplevel)
	[end]

And restart fluxbox. All new PD windows will open tabbed to the first PD 
patch you open.
