[PD] -nogui troubles

Hi,
 
I made the stupid mistake of setting the -nogui flag in the command-line
input box from the PD menu and now when I launch PD, nothing appears. I
thought it would still have the main interface, but no patch windows :(
. 
 
I've tried reinstalling but the setting remained. Which file do I need
to edit to remove the -nogui from the startup options?
 
I'm running a fairly new version (the extended version with all the
packages) on Win98.
 
Can anyone please help?
