[PD] in need of PDGOP.HTML

This should be irrelevant if you simply upgrade to Pd 0.39 or greater.  In
these recent versions, you simply define the area to be graphed on the
parent with a nice red box that can be accessed by right clicking on a blank
portion of the canvas.
