[PD] embed_Data.pd

Hallo,

I think I got why this is a bit tweaky : I didn't even know pd would 
ignore text lines not starting with the usual "#".

My enthousiasm came from the fact that I'd be glad some kind of data 
in-patch-embedding was availiable in pd (-:
