[PD] outdated email address

in GridFlow manuals, matju at sympatico.ca is still listed as being the address 
for contacting me. Please do not use that address anymore! My only recommended 
address has been matju at artengine.ca for half a year now.
I'm updating the manual in the CVS. It will replace the webpage when GridFlow 
0.8.5 is released.
