[PD] pd-ext 0.4-t2? (was data structures -> real-time state)

I've downloaded 0.39.2-extended-test5.dmg but it doesn't work on my  
10.3.9 ... simply, if i click on the icon the program doesn't starts  
... maybe it depends on Panther?
