[PD] osc~ / phasor~ / cos~ ...sometimes clicking

That sounds like what happens when you have the output buffers set  
right on the border of that the setup is capable of.  Occasionally,  
you'll get some clicks.  You could try adding a couple ms to the  
buffer size.
