[PD] pd console output within pd

hi marius

just to give you a hint (i didn't try it out):

start pd with the '-stderr' flag and pipe stderr to pdsend, which sends
the data to a [netreceive] in your patch.

pd -stderr 2>&1 | pdsend 1234

in the patch:

[netreceive 1234]
