[PD] [OT] import list archive?

I've been having trouble on my mailserver side getting all the list 
mails the last few days. I re-subscribed with a different email, but I'm 
missing some things. I'd like to keep a local backup of the list for 
reference when I'm working offline. Can anyone tell me if it's possible 
to import mails, such as from:

http://lists.puredata.info/pipermail/pd-list/2006-12.txt.gz

into Thunderbird?
