State saving in [sssad] is only saving the data stored in the main
[list] object in every [sssad] object, using the $1 of every [sssad]
object as a key to save and retrieve this specific [list]'s content.

Creating and connecting the [sssad] objects is in the hand of the
patch author, who decides what should be saved and what not.

Basically Memento does the same and a similar approach is used in
netpd.
