[PD] christmas patch

ola,

as christmas came before the hour
and that i had to install the pd from cvs
on this 64 machine, i just ran into a big problem :

all heavy graphical externals like sonogram~
were freezing the interface,
due to the loss of tcl/tk commands,
and after pd was unusable...

so, i dig into it, i saw all communication
with the interface has been rewritten,
but, i'm sorry, i don't agree at all
on the way it is done now..

so, i ported the old threaded gui patch to pd-0.41
and here it is..
