[PD] Mac OS X 10.3 troubleshooting needed

Turns out it was that Tcl/Tk uses 10.4-specific things when you build  
it from source.  I built a Tcl/Tk version from source on 10.3, so  
that should work now.

10.3 users!  Please test this build and tell me whether it works for  
you or not!
