[PD] slicing samples

This "page with code" is actually containing the Pd patch, in text form.

Patches in Pd are text files, so you can just copy that code into
notepad, save the file as filename.pd (be sure to change the type to
'all files') and launch it with Pd. Of course, this method is
cumbersome when dealing with a patch that may include a number of
abstractions with it, as well as the fact that the file name is fairly
arbitrary depending on what you name it with your text editor.

To solve this people will often zip their patches, or more often (due
to the high number of GNU/Linux users) tarball it, which has the
extension *.tgz or *.tar.gz. You will need another program (I
recommend Iceows or 7-zip) to open these on Windows XP. I believe the
archive now supports attachments, but I could be wrong. It's mostly
now a matter of preference. I prefer the zipped bundles.
