[PD] Having trouble using rradical abstractions

It seams that the OSC stuff doesn't load. If adding 'oscx' to your  
startup prefs don't work, you can use [import oscx] to load it. Or  
add '-lib oscx' to the startup option. I' not sure if it works like  
that on win32, but i think it's worth a try.
