If someone's desperatly avoiding to upgrade, you could use attached
old idiom for doing dynamic sends. Make anb abstraction from it and
replace the empty [send]s in the oscillators with that (e.g. using one
of the replacement scripts from puredata.info's TipsAndTricks page)
