that's awesome - i love the idea of dual delivery content like this.  is
it a creative commons licensed work?

even though the content is available for free in electronic form there
are many who, myself included, would buy this for reading in places that
ether aren't hospitable to laptops or even for just having a break from
the laptop and all it's associated accessories.    i look forward to
buying a copy :)
