[PD] After PD Install Virus Alert+ Beginner Questions

Hello , I do not know anything about pd and i installed several new and old
xp versions and norton gave virus alert. It said program have a trojan.
I dont know how to start it , my main interest is abstract freeform scores.
Do pd create these scores after listening music or do we draw it .
