[PD] Look Before you Leap into fiddle~

Hi,

 I am getting a lot of references to an object named 'lbyl' which supposedly
takes the errors of fiddle in terms of reporting pitch away. I could not
find it anywhere, does anyone know where I might find it, or if theres an
equivalent object to make fiddle~ work better?
