yes, looks a lot like fann changed again.. I think they
changed
fann_create -> fann_create_standard
and
fann_create_array -> fann_create_standard_array

but they also changed the arguments, removed connection_rate
and learning_rate.. I have to fix it..

I think that with versions < 2.0 it should work.
