Almost all activated,
 multiplex 0 1 2 3
... couldn't create
 mux 0 1 2 3
... couldn't create
this is what's happening if I load my patches with pd-vanilla that 
shares the same pdsettings than pd-0.39.2-extended-windowsXP-RC4, other 
libs seems to be ok, and fortunately i'v made a backup of the registry 
before installing pdsettings.
