It means that pd can't create pyext object. When I tried to open simple-1.pd
this is the message I get:
ImportError: No module named simple
pyext simple ex1
.... couldn't create

and object pyext is with dashed lines.... When I open buffer-1.pd the py
object is created but then I get this:
ImportError: No module named buffer

Hm?

Bosko
