[PD] trouble with pd 0.40 extended 2007-07-04

You might try updating to a newer OS, but it looks like its trying to  
load GEM, and GEM is trying to use openGl, a  
_glFramebufferRenderBufferEXT thingy, and your system doesnt have it.

thus the error.

try updating your OS, as 10.4.x has seen many Gl improvements. Any  
reason you are sticking to 10.4.2 ?
