[PD] pd-extended 39-2 rc3 spectral crash

[Hans-Christoph Steiner]

vectral~ is from cyclone, so it aims to be a clone of Max/MSP's  
vectral~.  It is in need of a help patch, anyone want to create one?   
Submit it to the patch tracker, and I'll check it in.
