[PD] Pidip streaming patch

hala,


here attached a patch for streaming easily
using the http://giss.tv infrastructure..

it will work as is on linux and on OSX,
the camera object pdp_v4l should be replaced
by pdp_ieee1394,
i guess it's the only thing to change,
( ad,  will you help testing ? ).

you'll know more about all the GISS project
at the pd convention..
