[PD] advise on making mjpeg, pdp and libquicktime happy

i encode it using ffmpeg + mjpegtools  on Ubuntu/linux ...

something like this ...

ffmpeg -i myfile.avi -vcodec mjpeg output.mov
lavtrans -o final.mov  -f q output.mov
