[PD] Pd-extended final release candidate - please test!

it seems to be a problem that occurs somewhere during downloading. 
(probably on my side), but I have no idea what. I tried it to download 
an old file, to see if only the new files make problems.

that's what I got... so it failed.
I have a similar file in my archives that I downloaded some time ago, 
and that extracts without problems.
