[PD] [OT] about sexism

I don't think Pd is the problem.  It is built and they are coming.   
The problem is related to the nature of this community, this mailing  
list.  I think the large majority of people on this list would like  
it to be less hostile and more welcoming.  One thing that many  
people, male and female, find quite annoying are things like the  
recent "about sexy-ism" thread.  Women receive many times more of  
this attention, and are quite understandably less willing to tolerate  
it (i.e. they will not participate in this community, as is pretty  
clearly the case).

I am asking no one to censor themselves, I am asking people to find  
an appropriate forum for their comments, so we can have an inclusive  
list about Pd.
