[PD] [pd] upsampled readsf~

afaik, [readsf~] is 'stupid' and will always read in the environment's
sampling rate. in order to read faster, put [readsf~] in a subpatch
together with a [block~ 1 1 64], so that it reads 64 times quicker than
at standard sampling rate.
