other loaders can't use the hex-names anyhow.

what is currently in pd-vanilla is the hexloader _without_ the 
filename-mangling (only the setup-name is mangled)

as opposed to the hexloader in pd-vanilla, the hexloader-loader also 
mangles filenames.
