[PD] Installing GridFlow on MacOSX

Oops, i remove 'gridflow_bundle' from the gridflow folder and it was an
error, now ALL WORKS FINE !!!! Yeah ! I can load GF in PD. But i got [#out
window] : couldn't create. Any idea ?
