[PD] multiple instances of pd on os-x

On my machine, I can run two of these on the CLI and get two GUIs:


Another way is to make another copy of Pd with a different name, then  
you can run them at the same time using all of the normal means (i.e.  
Pd-1.app and Pd-2.app)
