[PD] good ol' font size test for 0.41

Unfortunately, 0.41.0 on Mac OS X still has the same IEMGUI/Pd font  
issue as before:

I still think it is best to hardcode tk scaling to 1 on all  
platforms.  Pd is not using tk scaling at all, so it should be turned  
off, instead of writing code to work around a  it.
