[PD] [PD-dev] building pd with cygwin

  Sorry, I've done wrong patches, I've only attached configure.in and 
makefile.in diff files made with comparing sources from:
http://pure-data.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pure-data/branches/pd/pd-0.40-3/src/
