[PD] synchronizing Pd with computer time

Hi, 
does anybody know how I can synchronize Pd with the time of a computer?
Let's say I want to start a sound next Monday at 10 o'clock sharp and stop it two days later Wednesday at 14 o'clock sharp.
Is that possible?
