[PD] [PD-announce] pd 0.41-4 (bug fix) release

I fixed some more bugs... latest is 0.41-4 on the usual:

The most serious recent bugs were causing occasional crashes starting and
stopping DSP on huge patches, and some audio devices weren't showing
up on the dialogs on windows machines.
