[PD] state of the FAQ

The old FAQ is so stale, I think you should just make the switch to  
the new one to encourage people to contribute to it.

Regardless how simple it is, a simple howto page in the 'docs'  
section would be very nice.  Or make a FAQ entry that is "How do I  
make/edit a FAQ?"
