[PD] compiling pd in fedora

hello all,

I am compiling pd in fedora and it all seems to go well until I run pd as
following and get the error. Pd seems to be running, but there is no gui, am
i missing something?:

[root at maquina bin]# ./pd
priority 98 scheduling enabled.
../bin/pd-gui: error while loading shared libraries: libtk8.5.so: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
priority 96 scheduling enabled.
watchdog: signaling pd...
watchdog: signaling pd...
watchdog: signaling pd...
watchdog: signaling pd...
