This is with pdp.pd_linux from pdp-0.12.5-test-7.tar.gz patched with 
pdp-0.12.5-test-7-v4l2.patch and copied (pdp.pd_linux) on top of regular 
file in /usr/local/lib/pd/extra/pdp.pd_linux
