[PD] print all abstractions and externals

Hmm, sounds interesting.  This would be useful for a better .app  
maker, where it only includes the files that are needed.  (That would  
only apply on Mac OS X .app maker.  The .deb maker I am working on  
will depend on the Pd-extended package)
