[PD] find formants from fft table

Hi Ricardo,
i have written an external (sms_peaks~) that does exactly what you
want. It is part of my naive but usable pd-based implementation of
sms. It analyzes only half the signal vector as it is designed to
work in combination with rfft~. Please see the help file.

You can find it in my svn at https://svn.grrrr.org/ext/trunk/
sms_peaks/ .
I also put a binary for MacOS on http://grrrr.org/ext/beta/pd/osx .

all the best,
Thomas
