[PD] select audio & midi from patch

If you get inspired, it would be great to have a working Pd patch demo to 
include in the documentation.  It would work well in the 'pd-msg' 
documentation in Browser -> manuals -> pd-msg

Just submit a patch to the patch tracker and I'll happily include it.
