[PD] glitches when moving between sub patches

Assuming you are Ubuntu ... are you using the realtime kernel?  In Hardy
at least, I get smooth pd audio with
realtime jack and dropouts when using the same with the regular kernel.
It seems the realtime kernel is *too* agressive for my laptop ... ?
