[PD] available objects in pd extended

You should look at  
http://lists.puredata.info/pipermail/pd-list/2008-10/065799.html. The xls  
file I put there is probably obsolete by now, but it's the most complete  
there is - afaik. Maybe some day I make a patch to do this automatically,  
but that might not come so soon.
