[PD] GEM - pd 0.39 crashes with pix_movement + pix_blob

now even though this is 0.91, it is rather old and i wouldn't trust it.
is there any reason to not use Pd-extended 0.40.3?

(nevertheless i cannot remember any changes within the 2 objects you 
mentioned; but i would just go and try it)
