[PD] pdpedia back2live was: pdpedia instability

thanks for the hosting after Hans  

Pdpedia is back and we're back with the trouble of spam. I've reverted
the mediapool's homepage as you did a few days ago. 

Apparently  the "Email password" function in the UserLogin page is
broken.
